Hall Rental Rates

Sunday thru Thursday
$60.00 per hour - 4 hour minimum

Friday & Saturday
$85.00 per hour - 5 hour minimum

 

A deposit of 1/2 the rental rate shall be due at the time of contract signing
the balance is to be paid the night of the affair.

Hall deposit is non-refundable.

Friday & Saturday rentals require a bar, minimum bar charge will be $250.00.
Bar bill plus 15% gratuity must be paid at the end of the night of rental.

If the kitchen is to be used an additional one-hundred ($100.00) dollar cash deposit will be required.  If the kitchen is left clean and orderly, this deposit will be returned.
